If you haven't used it yet, don't worry — there's still time. Start by downloading the beta version of the app here.

Once the app is installed, you'll be able to purchase an Adult,
Honored Citizen or Youth virtual card. As you ride, you'll earn day and month
passes — without having to carry a plastic card!
Note that it costs $3 to get a virtual
Hop card, even if you already have a plastic card. (You should have already received the 5 Adult Day Passes we sent to thank you for your help!)
We're ready for your feedback now
We hope you'll start testing the virtual
card as soon as possible, because we're looking forward to making this feature
available to everyone. So if you have any feedback, let us know right away by
emailing help@myhopcard.com. Be sure to
include device information, OS version, app version and details about the
issue, including the steps leading up to it.
You can also give feedback within the app
in the navigation drawer under “Help.”
