Thanks for agreeing to help us test the
new virtual Hop card app — we’re excited to hear what you think! The virtual card and updated app combine all the benefits of Hop with the convenience of Android Pay.
The new Hop app should automatically be
available for download on the Google Play Store if you’re logged in to your
device using the email address you provided us. (You can see what email
you’re logged in with if you open the menu while in the Google Play Store
app. If this is not the email you use to log into Google on your phone,
please send us a note at help@myhopcard.com
and we’ll update our records.)
You can also install the beta version
of the app directly by following this link on your Android device: Hop

Once the app is installed, you'll be able to purchase an Adult, Honored Citizen or Youth virtual card. As you ride, you'll earn day and month passes — without having to carry a plastic card!
Note that it costs $3 to get a virtual Hop card, even if you already have a plastic card. Since we really appreciate your help, we're sending you 5 Adult Day Passes (a $25 value) as a thank-you (and in case you need backup).
