Congratulations — you’ve been selected
as a Hop Fastpass mobile app beta tester!
Soon, you'll receive a packet with
your very own Hop card to use, register and reload using the Hop app. The packet will be sent to the mailing address you've already provided. We'll follow up soon with an email containing instructions for downloading the app and sending us your feedback.
Before you start tapping, remember that you'll be using your own funds during the test. If that won’t work for you, please let us know
as soon as possible by emailing help@myhopcard.com.
As a beta tester, you’re going to
be among the first to put the Hop app through its paces. You'll tap your Hop card every time you board the bus or train, and you'll be able to load money on your card using the app.
