Reminder: Please park only in marked spaces at Milwaukie-Portland Elks Lodge Park & Ride

TriMet is leasing the Milwaukie Elks Lodge parking lot for TriMet parking. While this lot, located at 13121 SE McLoughlin Blvd., is a TriMet Park & Ride, it is owned by the Elks and it remains private property.

Per or lease agreement, TriMet has allocated spaces for transit parking use. However, safety issues were noted by the Elks when riders started parking in unmarked spaces and blocking the fire lane. The Elks chose to enforce safety and parking regulations by having the parking violators towed. As the property owner, the Elks did not need to inform TriMet of their plan to enforce safety regulations and they will continue to do so at their discretion.

As a reminder, please park only in marked parking spaces.

In order to make parking restrictions more clear, the Elks will further distinguish and paint all sensitive parking spaces once the rainy weather ends.

In the meantime, temporary A-Boards will be placed in the lot to mark where vehicles cannot park.

Like many popular TriMet Park & Ride lots, this lot often fills up by 9 a.m. Alternate parking is available at our Milwaukie Park & Ride facility, with a total of 329 spaces. Bus line 34 provides service between the Milwaukie Park & Ride and the Tacoma MAX station.
