The weekday-only Expo Center Park & Ride will close Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 to make way for vendors at the Portland Swap Meet. MAX Yellow Line riders should use the Delta Park/Vanport Park & Ride at 1940 N. Victory Blvd.
