Construction continues at Orenco/NW 231st Ave MAX Station

Construction at the Orenco/NW 231st MAX Station is on schedule to finish at the end of June. Work at the east end of the station will wrap up next week and the east entrance on NW 231st Ave will remain open for riders to access the MAX station.

Construction on the west end will begin after Memorial Day, May 25. The west entrance will also remain open and the MAX station will remain accessible during construction. You may hear some noise from the removal of two small decorative trees on the station platform. No other other trees around the station will be affected.

You may also see some small areas at the west end of the platform cordoned off for safety, but trains will remain fully accessible.
