EXPLANATORY STATEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE

The explanatory statement committee is responsible for preparing an impartial, simple, and understandable statement for each measure that appears on your ballot. For each measure, the committee holds a hearing so members of the public have an opportunity to comment on the explanatory statement.

Referral 401 - Amends Constitution: State must ensure affordable healthcare access, balanced against requirement to fund schools, other essential services
