Public Hearing Schedule for Draft Explanatory and Fiscal Impact Statements
The Fiscal Estimate Committee (FEC) and Explanatory Statement Committees (ESC) have completed their draft statements for viable ballot measures. The Secretary of State’s office now will hold a hearing to receive oral public comments on draft statements.
Written public comments are due to elections.sos@oregon.gov no later than July 31 by 11 a.m. If you need special accommodation to submit comments, please call or email the Elections Division (contact below).
