Financial Estimate Committee (FEC) Meeting Schedule
Public Meeting Notice

Pursuant to ORS 250.125, a five-member Financial Estimate Committee (FEC), composed of the Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Director of the Department of Revenue, Director of the Department of Administrative Services, and a local government representative must prepare an estimate of the financial impact of each measure to be voted on in statewide elections.  Once completed, the financial estimate statement will be printed in the Voters’ Pamphlet and on the ballot. 

The FEC will meet Friday, June 12, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect a fifth member and discuss the financial estimate statement drafting process and possible measures.
