Public Records Advisory Council Draft LC 166

 

LC 166, the legislative concept proposed by the PRAC to enshrine the independence of the Office of the Public Records Advocate, change the way the Advocate is hired, and to make other changes relevant to the Council, is included in the materials for the Monday, 1/13, 8 a.m. work session of the Senate Interim Committee on General Government and Emergency Preparedness, in which committee legislative concepts will be introduced.
