Resolution of pending enforcement action from the previous quarter for City officials with late disclosures occurred as follows:

• Warning and civil penalty issued: Councilor Smith (District 1), Councilor Kanal (District 2), Councilor Pirtle-Guiney (District 2), Councilor Koyama Lane (District 3)
• Warning issued: Chief Day (Portland Police Bureau)
