To expedite permit timelines and reduce customer trips, starting Monday, Nov. 3, the City of Portland will record approved Stormwater Management Manual Operations & Maintenance and Notice of Drainage Reserve forms directly with Multnomah County. Applicants will pay a Development Review Recording Fee; in other counties, applicants will continue to record these documents with the appropriate county.
