Partnerships
PDX 311 at Summer Free For All Events
Summer Free For All builds community through free, inclusive, family-friendly activities that celebrate Portland’s diverse cultures and showcase local artists.
This summer, PDX 311 proudly partnered with the Bureau of Emergency Management and the Government Transition Advisory Committee (GTAC) at five community concerts across Portland as part of Summer Free For All programming. PDX 311 staff made appearances at:
- July 13, Gilbert Heights Park
- July 20, Knott Park
- July 27, Kenton Park
- August 3, Verdell Rutherford Park
- August 30, Columbia Park
As part of PDX 311’s outreach efforts, these events were instrumental in connecting with community members and building awareness. A key focus for both GTAC and PDX 311 was engaging with East Portland residents—particularly those who don’t typically interact with local government. The concerts also offered an excellent opportunity to educate new voters and share information on upcoming ballot changes for November.
Through these partnerships and events, PDX 311 continues to foster stronger, more informed communities.
