What is 311?
311 provides a single point of contact for community members to access City government and the services it provides. The program also provides information and referral services to the community for other local government, community and social services, including vital and time-sensitive public notification in emergency and disaster.

June Events and Outreach
 Outreach Efforts in June include Sunday Parkways hosted in the Cully Neighborhood, Juneteenth Celebration, work with the Ethiopian and Eritrean Cultural and Resource Center, and Thrive East Portland Group.
Staff have handed out over 500 fanny packs, 350 resource guides, magnets, and 200 dog bag holders. We've interacted with over 1,000 community members to help share 3-1-1 is a number to connect with local government.
