Traffic and sound impacts
Next week, our contractors will be conducting exploratory excavations using a vacuum truck to locate utilities along parts of Carpenter Lane, Cottrell Road, and Dodge Park Boulevard. This work is needed to prepare for updating these roads to Multnomah County roadway standards, including widening the pavement, resurfacing the asphalt, and adding a gravel shoulder.

The Bull Run Filtration Project will remove Cryptosporidium and other contaminants from the Bull Run water supply, producing cleaner, safer water for the one million people who use our water now and for future generations. The project is required by the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and must be completed by September 30, 2027, through a bilateral compliance agreement with the Oregon Health Authority.
