Happy Independence Day!

Today, I am celebrating the holiday at work with my colleagues, trying to reach solutions to the issues that Oregonians face. While I am disappointed not to be able to participate in the festivities in the district today, I am here in Salem, doing the job you expect me to do for you. It is an honor and a privilege to be here, serving you.

Senator James I. Manning Jr represents North Eugene, West Eugene, Santa Clara, and Junction City in the Oregon State Senate.

He is currently serving in his first Legislative Session.

In-District Listening Session

Sen. Manning will hold a series of in-district listening sessions. The purpose of these listening sessions is to provide an opportunity for Sen. Manning to hear directly from constituents regarding specific issues of concerns. Each listening session will have a focus topic:
