Firefighters in the Making
Hillsboro's newest firefighter recruits are well on their way to completing a 16-week training academy. They have been working hard as a team to elevate their firefighting and emergency medical service skills.
From here, the recruits will be assigned to a station and work alongside our experienced first responders, where they'll continue training and honing their skills as probationary firefighters.
Want to learn more? Follow along on their journey via our Facebook and Instagram.
