RFGP Closing Reminder 

The RHTP Catalyst Request for Grant Proposals (RFGP) submission deadline is May 26 at 3:00 PM PT. 

Proposers should ensure all materials are submitted through the official Smartsheet process by the deadline. We encourage you to review the RFGP materials, addenda, and posted Q&A on OregonBuys as you finalize your submission, and to submit proposals a few days early to allow time to address any technical issues. Additionally, Addendum #5 and Questions & Answers Set 4 for the Catalyst Awards RFGP were posted to OregonBuys yesterday, May 19th. Applicants are encouraged to review these materials in full and follow the updated instructions where applicable when preparing and submitting their proposals. 

Please note: Proposals should not be submitted through OregonBuys. OregonBuys is being used for information sharing only. Smartsheet is the sole method for submission, and proposals submitted through any other method will not be accepted.
