An additional update has been posted to OregonBuys for Request for Grant Proposals (RFGP) #6244: Catalyst Grants for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
Addendum 5 is now available and includes important guidance related to proposal modifications and withdrawals.
Key Updates Include:
- New section outlining the process for modifying submitted proposals (Documents A and B)
- Instructions and deadlines for submitting Document A change requests
- Clarification on how to resubmit Document B (Project Specific Submission Forms)
- Guidance on how to withdraw a proposal or specific projects from consideration

Proposers are encouraged to carefully review Addendum 5 to ensure any updates or corrections are submitted in accordance with the outlined process and timelines. All materials for RFGP #6244, including Addendum 5, are available for download on OregonBuys Bid # S-44300-00016498, and that page will soon include Questions and Answers Set 4.
