OTTER has Retired

As of August 15, 2019, the Oregon Tax Employer Reporting (OTTER) application is no longer available for payroll reporting. OTTER has officially been retired. Going forward, please use the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) to file your quarterly reports.
The link to OPRS is http://oprs.emp.state.or.us/oprs/. We recommend registering and affiliating prior to Third Quarter (Q3/2019) to be ready to file your reports.
