DMV recently completed a review of OAR chapter 735, Division 18 (Acceptance and Verification of Information Submitted by Electronic Means). As a result DMV is updating the rules to add definitions and to make other non-substantive changes to make terms consistent and improve readability.

Chapter 737 - Transportation Safety
Final rules filed: Traffic Safety Education and Reimbursement
The Department is implementing HB 2264 by amending its reimbursement policy and sanction policy, as well as implementing provisions for low- and no-income subsidies for qualified students.
