Night ramp closures coming to

OR 217/U.S. 26 interchange

 

BEAVERTON -- Two ramps in the U.S. 26-OR 217 interchange will close for as many as 10 nights over a three-week period starting Oct. 28.

 

The ramp from westbound U.S. 26 to southbound OR 217 and the ramp from northbound OR 217 to U.S. 26 westbound will see the closures for up to 10 days between Oct. 28 and Nov. 22.

 

Here is the closure schedule.

  • Monday to Thursday nights between 9:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
  • Friday nights between 9:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. 

The closures are necessary to replace a concrete barrier on the ramp. The estimate date of completion is Nov. 22.

 

When the ramp from U.S. 26 westbound to southbound OR 217 is closed, traffic will be directed to U.S. 26 west to exit 68, Cedar Hills Boulevard, left under the underpass, left onto the ramp to eastbound U.S. 26 to southbound OR 217.

 

When the ramp from northbound OR 217 to U.S. 26 westbound is closed, traffic will be directed to Northwest Barnes Road to Cedar Hills Boulevard to westbound U.S. 26.

 

Motor Carriers need to provide this information to their drivers, by copy of this letter or other means, to assure their awareness of the restriction.
