ODOT has released a report on the new federal surface transportation bill, Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21), and its implications for Oregon. The report is based on ODOT's analysis of the bill, and it includes key decisions ODOT has made about implementation of MAP-21, particularly related to highway programs. |
