The ODOT Procurement Office is excited to introduce a new training series designed specifically for consulting firms to better understand the Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) process that helps them to take their contracting with ODOT to the next level.

The ICR Education Series includes eight concise, easy-to-follow modules that explain:

  • The purpose of tracking and reviewing actual cost data
  • How to develop an indirect cost rate
  • Key compliance requirements once under contract
