New Online Consultant Training Offered

New ICR Education Series for Consultants

The ODOT Procurement Office is excited to introduce a new training series designed specifically for consulting firms to better understand the Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) process when contracting with ODOT.

The ICR Education Series includes eight concise, easy-to-follow modules that explain:

  • The purpose of tracking and reviewing actual cost data
  • How to develop an indirect cost rate
  • Key compliance requirements once under contract

You can access the full training series on our Billing Rates webpage, under the Education and Additional Resources dropdown. For the best learning experience, we recommend completing the modules in numerical order.
