Did you know?
We use the non-Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) participating rates for salary ranges in our job announcements. Employees who are PERS participating members will have the base salary increased by 6% or 6.95% depending on the union representation listed in the job announcement and the 6% employee contribution will be paid to PERS automatically. Employees who are not yet a PERS participating member, will receive the pay increase and begin the 6% employee contribution / contribution to the Employee Pension Stability Account (EPSA) upon participating in PERS.
