Trucking Advisory: Expect delays on coast highways due to down trees

OREGON COAST – All motorists traveling on the Oregon Coast and Coast Mountain Range highways should expect delays Tuesday as crews clear trees blown down by high winds. In most cases, alternate routes are not available.
Closures already have affected these locations:
*U.S. 101 intersection with Oregon 229
*U.S. 101 two miles south of Neskowin
*U.S. 101 three miles south of Depoe Bay
*Oregon 34 four miles west of Tidewater
*Oregon 20 in Newport
*Oregon 42S five miles wet of Riverton
*Oregon 241 two miles east of Coos Bay
