Art has been with ODOT for 15 years, spending the first 10 as a senior inspector out of the Corvallis construction office and the last five years in his current position with the Quality Assurance unit under the Construction section. Art is also the lead for the General Construction Inspector, Drilled Shaft Construction Inspector, Environmental Construction Inspector, and the Erosion Sediment Control Manager courses. He also provides guidance and coordination for the ADA Curb Ramp, Bridge Inspector and Traffic Signal training curriculum.
