Challenge Exams
There will be no challenge exams offered in 2021 due to the closure of state buildings to the public. We hope to resume our challenge exam offerings on the first Tuesday of each month starting in January of 2022 pending COVID mandates.
Instructor Spotlight
We would like to introduce Andrew Blower, Senior Structural Coatings Engineer for the Structure Services unit. Andrew will be the new instructor for the Structure Coatings course and brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to this technical area. Andrew has been with ODOT since July 2009 and joined the Construction Structure Services unit in January 2021. Previous to his current position he worked for 11 years as an electrical designer and corrosion engineer with ODOT's Bridge Section. Andrew also serves as vice chairman for the Western Bridge Preservation Partnership, a branch of AASHTO’s Technical Services Program.
