How do I set up a Workday External Learner Account?

As of June 16, 2021, all training offered by the State of Oregon requires that registration be made through the Workday Learning Management System. All external learners not employed by the State of Oregon and who participate in certification or continued education training offered through the State of Oregon, need to set up a new Workday Learning account. Please see step-by-step Job Aid to walk through the account set-up process.

How do I get a copy of my historical iLearn Transcript?

If you need your iLearn Transcript and were unable to print it out prior to June 15, you may request a copy through DAS here. (click on iLearn Transcript Request Form)

What is the 2021-2022 Construction Training Schedule?

We are happy to announce the release of the 2021-2022 Construction Training Schedule. Please note that we are still in the process of securing venues for some of our spring courses, so not all offerings are on Workday. Be sure to keep checking our Construction Training and Certification webpage for the latest updates.

How will the Construction Training Program address COVID-19 Protocols?

All in-person training courses will follow COVID-19 guidelines as mandated by the governor as well as rules established by the hosting venue. Current requirements include a face covering be worn indoors with participants maintaining a 6-foot distance. If a participant is experiencing symptoms, they are requested to stay home and seek medical attention as appropriate.
