The New Era of Training

We are coming to the close of 2020.  For many of us this year has been quite the roller coaster.  We have had struggles that we’ve never experienced before, but many of us are coming through mostly untouched. 

For our tow partners, money is tight.  For our partner agencies, positions and budgets are being looked at.  You don’t have to go far to find someone that has had a rough 2020.  Somehow though, we all seem to keep bouncing back and chugging along.

I have received emails from trainers and partners and I could not be any happier with the way we’ve handled this unprecedented year. This year has not slowed our commitment to the public or to each other and has truly shown our resilience.  Our agencies still strive to keep relationships strong and we continue to work together to the best of our abilities with what we have.

As we move forward to 2021 we must re-engage.  We must get trainings going again (although we don’t totally know what that will look like quite yet).  We also need to get our TIM Teams going again and continue to get engagement from the various agencies in those areas.

As a team we are stronger!  As a team we will make 2021 a success!
