Provider Alert - Delay in processing EDMS Coversheet faxes dated 8/21/2013

As of 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) stopped processing documents faxed to the following fax numbers:

  • Provider Enrollment – 503-378-3074
  • Claim Documentation – 503-378-3086
  • Prior Authorization – 503-378-5814 and 503-378-3435

We have fixed this error and are now processing all faxes received since this error occurred.

If you submitted an immediate or urgent PA request and do not receive a response within 72 hours, please call DMAP Medical Management at 800-642-8635.
