The following alert has been RESOLVED and the OR-MMIS SFTP server is now available. Thank you for your patience during this time.
The Oregon MMIS SFTP server is currently unavailable to exchange electronic data interchange (EDI) inquiries or responses, including:
- 276/277 claim inquiry and response
- 270/271 eligibility inquiry and response
- 835 remittance
- 837 claim submission
- NCPDP files for contracted plans
An immediate solution is being worked on now. We will let you know when the server becomes available.
In the meantime, you can continue to exchange claim and eligibility information using the Provider Web Portal at https://www.or-medicaid.gov. You can also verify eligibility using Automated Voice Response at 1-866-692-3864.
