New information about temporary Oregon Administrative Rules for the:

General Rules, Oregon Health Plan (MCO and CCO) and FQHC/RCH Programs

1/8/13 – Align with OAR chapter 461, division 155 medical eligibility rules

General Rules Program. Amend: OAR 410-120-0006. Effective dates: 1/8/13 through 6/29/13

1/4/13 -  Supported Employment Services Definitions and Provider Requirements and Fidelity Reviews

OHP (MCO and CCO) Program. Amend: OAR 410-141-3160. Effective dates: 1/4/13 through 6/29/13

1/1/13 – Change in coverage to Part D Medicare for certain drugs

General Rules Program. Amend: OAR 410-120-1210. Effective dates: 1/1/13 through 6/29/13

1/1/13 -  Change method of payment to FQHC and RHC Out Station Outreach Worker Activities

FQHC & RHC Program. Amend: OAR 410-147-0400. ffective dates: 1/1/13 through 6/29/13
