Resolved: Provider Web Portal Claim Submission

DMAP issued the following Provider Web Portal notification to all Provider Web Portal users on Friday, August 31. This issue is now resolved.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  OHA/DHS is recommending that providers do not submit any claims or adjustments through the Web Portal until further notice.  This pertains ONLY to claims submitted or adjusted through the Web Portal.  An error has been reported that may result in payment to different providers; this issue is being addressed.  An update will be posted here when it has been resolved.

 

Claims submitted through the batch interface are not affected by this error.
