Oregon HERC vacancy (Consumer/Disabilities)

The Health Evidence Review Commission (HERC) has an upcoming vacancy beginning June 1, 2025 for a consumer representative. Applicants must be "consumers of health care who are patient advocates or represent the areas of indigent services, labor, business, education or corrections" and cannot also be "physicians in active practice or retired from practice." This position is appointed by the governor. and confirmed by the Senate.

Disabilities expertise strongly preferred.
