Another Batch of Improvements!
Here’s a few quick highlights for what's changed in the system:
-
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): The "Select the Service" screen of EVV now sorts services alphabetically.
-
Service Prior Authorizations: eXPRS now allows the authorization and payment of community transportation services by an in-home provider to an individual to overlap the first day that the individual enters a residential program.
-
Claims: We fixed an issue that was causing some claims to suspend when an individual's Service Group changed (but the service rate remained the same) during the Effective Date of the claim.
-
Claims: PSWs can now search for Holiday Pay Claims on the Claim Search Page.
-
Providers: A user with the DSP and PSW role assigned now returns on the Find Provider page when Direct Support Professional is selected as the record type.
Administrative Time
The 2023-2025 Oregon Home Care Commission Collective Bargaining Agreement introduced a new pilot program called Administrative Time. The name of this program is sometimes shortened and referred to as "Admin Pay".
Starting with the pay period of January 16th-31st, 2025, PSWs are eligible to receive an additional 15 minutes per pay period at the minimum base rate found in Appendix A of the 2023-2025 Oregon Home Care Commission Collective Bargaining Agreement for the purposes of recording and submitting time.
The Oregon Home Care Commission has also produced a new Administrative Time Frequently Asked Questions document. This document is available on their website, or you can access it by selecting the button below:
In eXPRS, PSWs can view Admin Pay Claims by going to the Find Claims page and searching for claims with the following criteria:
Additionally, a PSW's paycheck from Public Partnerships LLC will display the payment as "Administrative Pay".
Reminder About Recent Changes to eXPRS Password Requirements
