NEW OPS DATA DASHBOARD
The Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) Data Dashboard includes OPS final orders for license denials and administrative violations. This information will continue to be updated as new final orders are issued. The dashboard currently has a placeholder for SB 303 data, which will be available after the first quarter of 2025. The dashboard will be updated as new data becomes available, including more OPS licensing and compliance data in 2025.
PUBLIC LISTENING SESSIONS NEXT WEEK
You are invited! OPS is hosting annual public listening sessions for members of the public to share feedback on the ongoing administration of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (ORS 475A). The listening sessions will be 90 minutes in length and open to everyone.
Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation are provided, as well as CART captioning. OHA welcomes all participants. If you have any questions about accommodations or need any assistance to participate, please contact the Oregon Psilocybin Services team at 971-341-1713, 711 TTY, or OHA.Psilocybin@oha.oregon.gov, at least 48 hours before the meeting. Every effort will be made to provide services to requests received at least 48 hours in advance, however submitting your request as early as possible is greatly appreciated.
Input from the public listening sessions will help to inform draft rules, program development, educational materials, and future community engagement. Please go to the OPS Public Listening webpage for more information.
2024 RULEMAKING UPDATE
OPS will hold Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) meetings this August. The RACs will discuss (1) Implementation of SB 303, (2) Training Programs and Facilitators, and (3) Additional Rules Related to Psilocybin Services and Licensed Premises.
RAC meetings are open to the public and recordings will be posted to the OPS website. The meetings do not include public comment periods; however, a public comment period is scheduled for the month of October when all members of the public are invited to provide comments on proposed rules either in writing or in virtual public hearings.
If you are interested in engaging in the rulemaking process, please sign up to receive updates on the OPS Distribution List.
