To Laboratory and Provider Partners,
We are requesting that all ELR participants discontinue the reporting of SARS-CoV-2 to the Oregon ELR project immediately. Electronic Laboratory Reporting of SARS-CoV-2 is no longer required effective June 30th, 2023.
Other forms of reporting of SARS-CoV-2 to the Oregon Health Authority and Local County Health Departments in Oregon, such as fax, email, telephone, and online reporting should also be discontinued.
Please see Oregon Administrative Rule 333-018-0016 for more information about reporting cases of MIS-C and pediatric deaths due to COVID-19.
