ODDS COVID-19 Policy Guide Updates
Summary: ODDS has revised the COVID-19 Policy Guide. The following changes are proposed in this update:
• Clarification on masks in group DSA or employment settings.
• An end date for reimbursement-eligible PPE purposes to CMEs and a due date for outstanding invoices.
• Correction on in-person site visits for DSA and employment settings.
• Added link to PT-22-081 on attendant care and school.
• Removed section regarding background check updates as background checks have resumed.
ODDS Questions:
1. Is this update clear?
2. Will this create new work for case management entities?
3. What is the workload impact on case management entities?
4. How does this update directly or indirectly impact priority populations including: Tribal Nations; racial, ethnic, and culturally-based communities; women; individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+; people with disabilities; religious minorities; veterans; individuals with limited English proficiency; immigrants; or refugees?
5. What specific changes would you recommend to eliminate potential harm or disparities related to service equity?
