Join our team as an Integrated Policy Administrator
We are looking for an innovative, creative, big thinker, inspirational, collaborative and passionate individual with a focus on bringing equity to life. This is a critical role for putting the Vision for Transformation into action.
The Integrated Policy Administrator (PEM-F) provides leadership across both Child Welfare (CW) and Self-Sufficiency programs (SSP) to serve children in their homes, with their families. Program collaboration creates unique opportunities for intentional leadership for integration within CW/SSP and partnership with the community, sovereign Tribal Nations and other Oregon Department of Human Services programs. This position will seek out collaboration and integration opportunities between Child Welfare and Self Sufficiency. This includes implementing the Family First Prevention Services Act and developing strategies to braid funding, blend work and share services to increase continuity and access for vulnerable populations. Position closes March 20.
