Healthcare Provider and Healthcare Staff COVID-19 Vaccination Rule and FAQs
The Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division has adopted temporary Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) regarding COVID-19 vaccination requirements for healthcare providers and healthcare staff in healthcare settings. Please make yourself familiar with OAR 333-019-1010, which became effective August 25, 2021, and the frequently asked questions that accompany this rule.
