Personal Services Guidance for Phase One Reopening in Oregon
Oregon Department of Human Services sent this bulletin at 05/11/2020 01:15 PM PDTThe Oregon Health Authority has finalized specific guidance for personal services during the phase one reopening for Oregon counties. This guidance is required for those licensed under the Health Licensing Office providing personal services.
There is currently no set date for counties to begin phase one reopening. Please ensure the county you work in, or where your facility is located, has received approval to enter into phase one before you open and begin providing personal services. In addition to this guidance, you must also follow any additional guidance as required by your county.
