DMAP FFS Fee Schedule Update - Nov. 2011

The Fee-for-Service (FFS) Fee Schedule for the Oregon Health Authority, Division of Medical Assistance Programs has recently been updated and is now available.

Fee schedule - Last updated Nov. 2011

The fee schedule shows rates in effect during the month posted. These rates may or may not continue to be in effect after the month posted. Only codes with rate changes in 2011 will show a 2011 effective date.
