Rethinking Statewide Price Agreements
Price agreements are one of the most important ways the state buys goods and services. Procurement Transformation is building a more consistent statewide approach to how these agreements are created, evaluated, renewed, rebid, monitored, and retired, all with a stronger focus on usability, competition, performance, and opportunities for Oregon businesses.
