Project Update

We're pleased to announce that our final project wave is complete! On September 19, Wave 3 state agencies successfully went live with OregonBuys procure-to-pay functionality. We're providing post Go-live support to these agencies through the end of October.

Now that the waves are complete - our project work is wrapping up, and closeout activities have begun. Our team is compiling required project documents, performing lessons learned, and transitioning project artifacts to the operational program. The project will close on October 31, 2023 and we will issue one final newsletter to conclude our communications with you.

Requisition Search is Fixed In June 2023, we reported that the Requisition Search Bar was experiencing a defect and encouraged users to use the ‘Advanced’ search to find requisitions in the system. We’re pleased to report that this issue is fixed, and the workaround is no longer necessary. Users may now enter the full or partial requisition number into the requisition search bar at the top of any page and find the documents they are looking for.

Having Trouble Receiving System Emails? Email configurations controlled by your IT may be preventing OregonBuys system emails from arriving in your inbox. Generally there are spam, junk, and other security configurations to protect users from malicious emails. If you are experiencing this issue, check your spam or junk folder to see if the messages have arrived. If they have not arrived, contact your IT department to ensure that 'donotreply@oregonbuys.gov' is on their whitelist.

18.2 System Release

Over the weekend of September 23, we installed a system upgrade in OregonBuys. This upgrade featured enhancements to requisitions, bid solicitations, attaching documents, searches, and fixing a captcha issue.
