More agencies Go-live with procure-to-pay on Sep. 19
We're happy to share that August's agency testing and validation are complete, and Wave 3 core team meetings are wrapping up. We're now making final preparations to launch procure-to-pay functionality to our third and last group of state agencies!
Getting to Go-live requires participation from agency core team members, single points of contact, organization administrators, validation testers, and staff who took training—we want to thank each of you!

OregonBuys: One unified system — modernizing state procurement
New September Training Sessions
We've added more virtual facilitated training sessions the week of September 11 for the user roles of Accounts Payable (AP), Basic Purchaser (BP), and Department Access (DA). These courses are limited to state employees and the details are posted on the project training webpage.

Suppliers: More Agencies to Use OregonBuys to Send Purchase Orders
Starting September 19, most state agencies will use OregonBuys to issue purchase orders and notifications moving forward.

Coming Soon—System Release and Single Sign On
OregonBuys will experience a quarterly system release the weekend of September 15. Following the release, we will work to bring Single Sign On* to all state employees.
Stay tuned for more information coming soon about the upcoming changes!
*Single Sign On is the ability to access OregonBuys directly without a username or password when using your State issued computer
