Project Update

June brought summer sunshine and marked the completion of Wave 3 agency process design workshops. The project team has now shifted focus to agency testing and validation. These efforts begin the first week in July and will bring Wave 3 agencies another step closer to their September Go-live date.

Stay tuned for OregonBuys system training coming soon! All state agency staff will be invited to attend, regardless of wave status.

Searching for 'Requisitions' Defect

A system defect is affecting the search for Requisitions in OregonBuys. A fix for the issue will be implemented in September 2023.

In the meantime, when searching for Requisition Document types, use Advanced Search (instead of the general search bar), and type in the 'Req #' or use other fields for searching:

Biennium End Processing 2025 biennium account codes will be available in OregonBuys starting on July 1. The 2023 biennium account codes will remain available in OregonBuys for invoice processing until the end of the calendar year.   State agencies can click here to read full instructions on how to process documents that crossover into the next biennium.
