Project Update
The month of May marked Wave 2's successful Go-live event, followed by post-Go-live support efforts. We're excited to share that more than half of all state agencies are now using OregonBuys procure-to-pay functionality.
The remaining state agencies that will get procure-to-pay functionality are in Wave 3. These agencies have just started process design workshops where they're learning the procurement-related purchasing steps in OregonBuys so they can identify and adjust their affected business processes to fit the system. Wave 3 workshops will continue through the end of June as we work together towards the final Go-live event in September.

Searching in Marketplace
OregonBuys Basic Purchasing (BP) and Department Access (DA) users can search for items in marketplace catalogs. However, there are more Statewide Price Agreement products available on vendor punchouts. Punchouts allow users to temporarily 'punch out' of OregonBuys to a statewide price agreement vendor's website, view items with agency-specific pricing, put items into a cart, and then pull the cart back into OregonBuys to process and purchase.
To access punchouts, click the 'Settings' Gear icon, select G2B Punchout, and choose the vendor you want to search. Note: Punchout items cannot be compared across vendors. Search each vendor separately to compare pricing options.
Did you know that the next OregonBuys system upgrade will increase the maximum allowed attachment sizes?
In June, attachment size limits will increase from 25 MB to 500 MB.
