More agencies Go-live with procure-to-pay on May 2
We're just days away from launching procure-to-pay functionality to our second group of agencies! OregonBuys: One unified system — modernizing state procurement
Wave 3 kicks off
Our third and final wave has officially kicked off. Data collection activities begin soon, followed by process design workshops. We look forward to working with this new batch of agencies:
Suppliers: More agencies using OregonBuys to send purchase orders
Starting May 2, more state agencies will use OregonBuys to issue purchase orders and notifications. Agency staff and suppliers can stay informed by reading our recent message to suppliers and visiting our supplier resources webpage for links to video tutorials and instruction guides.
Did you know we're conducting a customer satisfaction survey?
Any person who had an OregonBuys support desk ticket resolved in 2023 will receive a customer satisfaction survey. We want to hear from you—if the survey doesn't arrive in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Note: The survey comes from 'oregonbuys.info@das.oregon.gov via SurveyMonkey' and has the subject line: We want your opinion of OregonBuys support.
